Use an itty-bitty wireless mouse when traveling

by Sherry on May 23rd, 2008

A laptop is practically a business travel necessity. No one sane would lug around a desktop computer - laptop it is!

On the other hand, although track pads have come a long way, they’re still not the best option. At home I use a USB mouse instead and only use the track pad if I’m somewhere that isn’t mouse friendly, like lying in bed (ah the perks of working from home!),

mini wireless mouse I love this little 2.4Ghz Wireless mouse though! It’s small enough that it can fit in the palm of your hand so it would be perfect to slip inside your laptop bag when you’re traveling. You won’t have to worry about wires or lugging a full sized mouse around. It does come with a USB cable for recharging purposes, but it would be so convenient to use something so tiny and wire-free in cramped quarters like on a plane or at a tiny bistro table.

You can get this adorably small mouse for $29.00.

I’ve actually used this mouse (or it’s precurser) and it’s a great mouse. My problem was that i couldn’t figure out how to power it off when it was in my laptop bag so it was perpetually running out of battaries. Hopefully they’ve fixed that issue in the newest edition.

I don’t have that particular one but I use a bitty USB mouse too for my laptop and love it!
