Switch between business and pleasure

by Sherry on December 24th, 2007

Ideally, if you have to travel for business, you might hope to get in at least a little downtime to explore the city you’re in. I don’t know about you, but if I’m out walking on my own, I like to listen to some music at the same time. However, if you might get a call from your boss back at the office, you’re not going to want to miss the call just because you’re bopping down the street while Justin Timberlake is shouting in your ears about how he’s bringing sexy back.

If you have a bluetooth enabled cell phone, you can pick up Sharper Image’s Universal Stereo Bluetooth Receiver/Headset with Dongle - it connects to your iPod’s headphone port while also connecting to your cell phone via bluetooth. You can listen to your iPod to your heart’s content, but if you get a phone call, you can switch over to take the call. You can get one for $119.95 - it gives you five hours of talk time per battery charge, and about 100 hours on standby.
