Hybrid solar charger means power everywhere!

When you’re traveling, it can’t always be to get away from it all; sometimes you have to bring it all with you, especially if you’re traveling for business, but even pleasure travelers might want their iPod to listen to or need their cell phone to keep in touch with folks back home.
The Solio Portable Hybrid Solar Charger gives you alternate means of keeping your gadgetry powered up. If you’re staying at a hotel on the strip in Cancun, you can use solar power to charge up your phone while you lie on the sand sipping fruity beverages. If you need your mp3 player for a bus ride to an attraction in the morning, charge it up by plugging the charger into a wall outlet.
The ability to use solar power or electricity to charge up your electronics is why it got the “Hybrid” moniker. One hour of sun gives about an hour’s worth of power to an mp3 player or 25 minutes of talking time for your cell phone, but it’s handy to have it work with plain old electricity too. At the same time, because of the solar power, you can use it without having to bring converters if you travel overseas.
It comes with different power tips to fit a variety of electronics, and extras can also be purchased. Since it’s lightweight, it’s not bulky or awkward to pack in your bag. You can pick one up for $100.

Amazingly cool. I like that it’s a hybrid. That really increases it’s usability. It looks light and small, a real bonus as well.
