I wanted to comment your point regarding Africa and the lack of places there. Actually we do have quite a lot of places in Africa in TripSay at the moment. If you don't see them at first (on the global zoom level) you canzoom closer to find out more places. Our recommendation system is such that it shows you ten best recommendations on the map you currently see. The closer you zoom, the more new places you find. You can also ask the system show you the 100 top recommendations instead of 10. There's some tweaking needed in the UI to make this more clear to users. Any thoughts on how to improve are welcome!
