EW! I hate cockroaches so much. I found some in the house I moved into and had a fit. i wasn't mad .. i just felt like they were intrusive, and I found that rude!

What's worse is when you find them in your hotel room when you have paid money to sleep safe assured, and you wake up to them everywhere.

Hampton Inn has this hilarious video about a disgruntled hotel guest rhyming about all his terrible hotel nightmares. There's something I think everyone can relate to in there - I'll post the link!

oh crikey I want one of these. When I travel to an even vaguely cockroachy place I go through this horrible sensation whatever the hotel quality - every time I open the bathroom door or wake up in the night I gingerly creep about, expecting to come face to face with the little beasties.

Marvellous!

[...] With its friendly climate and limitless sources of comfort and shelter, there’s no doubt you’ve seen your fair share of pests on the islands, by which I mean insects, not your in-laws. We can’t all stay at the Ritz all the time (if ever), so the next time you’re roughing it, hotel-wise, consider this snazzy little device I heard about over at the Geeky Traveler.
Dear Readers,

I must say, that this item and items like it do "actually" work. We have a larger model in our garage which works for roaches and mice (yes, we have mice in the summer months, move in). We have noticed a substantial drop-off of the numbers we deal with this year. I would be first in line if they sold it by my house.
