Heather – And now I know why you’re such a fan! It’s just brilliant.

Mary Jo – It’s really worthwhile, especially because you can still use it like a basic tripod too. When I want to take a photo from a table I’ll just use the Gorillapod like a regular tripod on top of the table and it’s definitely much better for travel because of the compact size.

I’m working on my photo skills, and hadn’t considered a tri-pod because it was too big and too complicated.

Now you’ve got me thinking. . . maybe I’m ready to step up to something like this.

Great photos, Sherry!

As you already know, I am a huge Gorillapod fan. Lucky you for getting a SLR-compatible Gorillapod!
I just use mine with my little camera so it is nice to know that it can support a larger camera.
