I knew it was only a matter of time. I used to say (during short periods of road rage) that I'd like to have a Scud missile launcher on the front of my car...only, I figured that since others would have them too (and they could use them on me), it was a bad idea. Now, I'm certain this is a bad idea. But, I'm equally certain we're getting ready to see many shocking uses (pun intended) of the stun gun technology...and maybe even a new television show, "America's/Canada's Most Shocking Disagreements." Wow! I knew it was only a matter of time. All that would have to happen would be like what happened in Vancouver recently where a guy with a heart condition was tazed and ended up dying as a result.
